Princess Twilight Sparkle, having recently been passed the throne by Princesses Celestia and Luna, does whatever she can to keep Equestria as safe as possible, while retaining the core values of friendship she learned. She, alongside her friends, find themselves in unexpected adventures, exactly as they did before. This time, however, a completely new concept is seen to unfold before them; alternate universes.

This series is set between the events of Twilight Sparkle's coronation as the Princess of Equestria, and the 'future' of Equestria, as presented on the show. This acts as a 'what-if' to make way for endless possibilities for adventure!
