............

Thank you.

(clears throat)

Hello, my name is Mr. Brown and I am a professional psychologist who's been employed for over 17 years and counting. Now with this knowledge, I have seen many cases of both mentally and emotionally damaged ponies over the years. I have seen and worked with the most violent to the ones who simply need somepony to listen to them. Yet even with all this said including my experience I had never in my life worked on a case this bizarre and outlandish in my life.

From what I am told as well as witnessed the first hoof there were a group of colts and foals that were hidden away in a place I can't name for unknown means. If I had to guess it had something to do with ponies who took advantage of the young unfortunately I cannot say for sure.

Each pony that was taken from that place was in a state of what I can only describe as cannibalistic insanity as well as being extremely malnourished and violent.

Some.... some more than others.

From what I can tell the only physical similarity that they all have is that they are each relatively young, with most of them having yet to receive a cutie mark.

Aside from that the physical similarities end there. Psychologically they all seem to suffer from a host of mental disorders. That all stem from the overwhelming need to consume flesh.

Pony or nonpony.

This apparent need seems to drive them to commit heinous acts of violence toward those around them. Furthermore, patients under this delusion seem to never become fully satisfied meaning that the violent behavior will continue until either dead or captured.

With this said patients have shown almost zero hostility towards one another and have been showcased to attack in groups if given the opportunity.

Now here's where it gets even more confusing.

Doctors as well as various test has been given to the patients in terms of their physical characteristics and the tests had some rather....disturbing results.

Despite being in a group of herbivores their digestive system has shown to be fully capable of breaking down meat as if they were born into a predator's species.

Furthermore, despite still being regular ponies they seem to be able to withstand severe and even crippling damage and still be able to function almost normally.

I for instance witnessed a patent of mine get shot point-blank in the face and was still able to move like it was a mere mosquito bite. It took 50 to 75 more rounds before he finally died. Some doctors have even theorized that they can survive hours without a single heartbeat.

That shouldn't be impossible.

Now I am no doctor, but I am a stallion of logic and reason, and this right here this case is far beyond that. I don't even know what's fully going on since they decided to keep us in the dark ever since that mass breach all those years ago.

..........

Ah. Yes, I have the recordings here.

What im about to play for you is a short recording of a certain pony of interest. A pony who has zero background history and is yet somehow more aware of things than she rightfully should be. Especially considering her animalistic behavior in the past.

I shall play the log now.

(log one patient 105)

"Hello, 105 or shall we go by the name given to you for today?"

Patient 105 doesn't react or show any indication that she's listening. Rather patient 105 seemed to be drawn toward the wall as if she sees or notice something that he doesn't.

He clears his throat.

"I heard from the others that you seemed lost in thought recently. Something that hasn't happened up until this point considering your behavior."

There is still no visible reaction 105 gives to Brown's words.

"Look, I know you understand me maybe you didn't before but I have a feeling that it isn't the case now. Or perhaps you understood the whole time and simply choose to not respond."

Again no reaction except a small intake of breath from patient 105.

Mr. Brown sighs.

"that's fine we wi-'

" family?"

The stallion paused.

Patient 105 turns her head. Her gaze locked onto his in an apparent stare down.

"excuse me?"

Patient 105 smiles.

"Wife, colt, you, family, happy but can't hide can't fake".

Mr. Brown furrowed his brow but his posture is tense.

"Who told you that?"

Patient 105 then hums turning her head sideways as her eyes reminded locked on the stallion.

"job, stress, not happy, pretend, son?"

"If you're trying to get a reaction out of me it won't work others have tried it before".

105 would only smile bigger.

"12, 6, 9,

Patient 105 would then turn back towards the wall and refuse to answer any more questions.

Log ends.

Now some of you might say that the conversation was rather boring and uneventful....but unfortunately, that wasn't the case.

On a date that I shall not name at exactly 12 o clock my wife got into a car accident.

The therapist would grit his tooth.

Around six that very same day she died due to internal bleeding.

The doctor would be silent for a very long moment,

And....and it took nine days before my son decided to end his own life.

I don't know how or why and to be honest part of me doesn't want to know. All I can say for sure is that patient 105 should never be allowed to roam on her own accord but I think we can all agree to that.

He pauses for a long moment.

I...I think that patient 105 isn't the only one we should be concerned about."

Yes, all Kinder ponies are a danger and should be treated as such...but I aslo think that one in particular is somehow in the middle of all of this I don't know how to explain it, but something big is coming,

And patient 141 AKA Dawn is the one that caused this all,

And he's still hungry.
