Starlight is better written than Tempest in my opinion · 3:58pm July 23rd
I’m not going to make a lot of friends with this, but I think Starlight is a lot better written than Tempest is and I know it sounds unfair to compare a character who’s been around for four seasons to someone who made one movie appearance but since there is some debate out there with Tempest being seen as better written, I have no choice but to believe this is something that can be compared.

Out of the stories that I have read, I would say that my favorite is 'I guess I miss you'. Even though it deals with a pretty typical aspect of the show (a pony getting called away on a quest by the Cutie Map), I loved reading Twilight's inner anxieties through that story. It is incredibly relatable, as I am sure many of us have had loved ones or family members leave us, not knowing if we would ever see them again. Definitely a well written story, my friend, even if it is on the shorter side in terms of length.

Thanks. Out of curiosity, what’s your favorite one of my stories?
I have been reading several of your stories, and I am really liking them a lot. It's always nice to see writers around here that enjoy Starlight as much as I do. She is one of my favorite G4 characters, and I have loved her interactions with both Twilight and the Mane Six as well as with Trixie and even the Student Six in FiM. And I think you do a great job depicting her unique personality in your stories. And while I usually don't enjoy lesbian ships, I love how you wrote out the dynamic between Starlight and Twilight. It's an incredibly sweet relationship, and one that makes sense given their relationship in the show.
I am really excited to see what you write next!
